Bluescope NC presentation

For many years now, Bluescope's industrial know-how has been recognized for its innovative, high-quality products. BlueScope Acier puts its industrial know-how and the quality of its steels at your disposal throughout the Pacific Rim: sheet metal, profiles, accessories and home improvement products.

BlueScope Acier has taken full advantage of its status as a subsidiary of the BlueScope Group - the world's leading producer of zinc/aluminium coated steel and third largest producer of galvanized steel - while preserving its Caledonian identity. The proof is that since its creation and right up to the present day, it is Caledonian men and women who contribute every day to the improvement of this company and who make BlueScope Acier, a company close to you.

Bluescope Acier is present in Vanuatu, French Polynesia, Walis and Futuna and exports to all the islands of the South Pacific. The product range includes corrugated, ribbed and curved sheets for roofing and cladding, metal sections for structural work, roofing accessories, kit solutions and building products.

What's more, BlueScope Acier's COLORBOND®, COLORSTEEL®, ZINCALUME®, GALVSTEEL® and ZINC HI-TEN® products have been recognized by building professionals for many years as innovative, quality products.

BlueScope Steel's 5 values

CUSTOMERS

Our customers are both external (those who buy our products) and internal (our colleagues, the company's various departments/sites). Every BlueScope Acier employee has a duty to provide the best possible service to all external and internal customers: to listen, to be available, to provide the best possible advice and the highest quality, to be responsive. Respect for all customers is a priority.

CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP

A corporate citizen is a company that develops a sense of social responsibility (CSR) within its environment and communities. BlueScope Acier, as a good corporate citizen, is a local industry that creates added value and employment in the area in which it operates. It supports other local industries while maintaining its necessary profitability. BlueScope Steel as a corporate citizen complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

INNOVATION

For BlueScope Acier, innovation is the key to progress and growth. Innovation applies to all areas of the company, from the products we offer our customers to our management methods and communications. Innovation must enable BlueScope Acier to keep pace with the market and the needs of its external customers, by being proactive.

SECURITY

Safety is an absolute value, in the sense that every activity carried out within the company must enable every employee to systematically return home in a state of physical and moral fulfillment. Safety must apply to all our partners (employees, customers, suppliers, etc.) and must become a state of mind in all our actions within the company.

INTEGRITY

Integrity is the primary motivation to be true to who we really are. Integrity is therefore the ability to conform one's day-to-day actions, particularly within the company, to the values, laws, rules and regulations in force at local and corporate level. Integrity is inseparable from honesty towards customers, suppliers, colleagues and others in general. Lying in any form (in thought, word, deed or omission) is incompatible with integrity.
